Beginner Series
Looking for Beginner Classes? You can find drop in beginner classes on our regular schedule, however if you’re of the mind to learn yoga from the ground up, we recommend taking our beginner series. We have two types of Beginner Series.
Basic Beginner Series : This is where to Start / for Raw Beginners (Beg I) (description here)
Continuing Beginner Series : Designed For those with a little Experience (Beg II) (description here)
All Series are Free for Members, but you must sign up ahead-of-time to reserve your spot.
(Δ) Continuing Beginner Series (Beg II-Δ) : Steady Warriors, Somatic Yoga Postures for Courage
This series explores the subtle, intelligent connection between breath, body, and movement with specific focus on your upper body. We will blend the mindful yoga from your Beginner I Series with somatic techniques to help you refine your practice, release tension, and develop a deeper, more intuitive sense of movement. With this somatic practice, you become more mindful of your posture in your yoga and in your everyday life. Perfect for experienced beginners looking to deepen body awareness and improve core mobility.
(N) Continuing Beginner Series (Beg II-N) : The Light of Being
This Series is for Beginners with a little bit of experience (or equivalent)
Yoga is not just something you do—it’s a state you remember.
In The Light of Being, we’ll journey through six weeks of breath-infused, accessible asana followed by guided relaxation and slowly unfolding Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. This series is designed for continuing beginners and thoughtful practitioners who want to move with presence and explore the restorative, soul-level depth that Yoga Nidra can offer.

Basic Beginner Series : This is where to Start (Beg I)
This is our Introduction for the Raw Beginner. This class is easily accessible for anyone who can get up the stairs to our studio. In fact, you do not even need to know what yoga is in order to take this class. we’ll break down the basics, help you feel comfortable on the mat, and build your practice one step at a time. No flexibility? No problem. No experience? Perfect! Each week, you’ll build confidence, strength, balance and flexibility.

Continuing Beginner Series : (Beg II - #)
These series pick up where the Raw Beginner Series left off. Whether you come from the Raw Beginner Series or you are looking to make sure that you’ve got your bases covered, this series will dive into a specific area of focus every six weeks and within a year, you’ll have all the skills of an intermediate yogi.
