Yoga Series & Deeper Dives
One of our aims as a yoga studio is not only to provide public drop in classes, accessible to anyone who wants a better day, but also to provide deeper and more progressive learning. Below is a list of deeper dives, events that take you deeper into yoga than what a single workshop can do, as well as yoga series, which will utilize building skills, practice, and content week-to-week. Series will include everything from specialty explorations such as prenatal yoga, to specialty explorations such as prenatal yoga, to deep dives such as our trauma healing series, to helping you progress as a beginner with our popular beginner series. We also provide deeper dives (both in series and one off formats) for yoga teachers looking for continuing education (YACEP). Non-Teachers are welcome to attend, but the content will be aimed at yoga teacher level.
Whatever your desire to go deeper, beyond, or build skills that take you further, keep an eye on this page for our most in depth events outside of yoga teacher training.
