Couples Yoga : SAT 11:30am - 1:30pm

This two-hour session will include a 90-minute all-levels gentle yoga class and 30 minutes of socializing over tea and chocolate. We'll deepen our connection to one another with meditation, breathwork, assisted stretches, two-person yoga poses and a special savasana infused with a bit of energy work and live music. No prior yoga experience necessary.
