For all the great things yoga can do for us, the traditional purpose of yoga postures & breath is to encourage Samadhi. Samadhi is a state of meditative consciousness. The ancient yogis referred to this as your "true self". Today we might think of this as something like "authenticity" or "being in the zone".
Join Alex in this workshop designed to encourage a deeper state and connection to being as we move through the traditional yogic stages between asana & samadhi by using prana, breath, and mudra/bandha, sure to reset your system and leave you in a state of connection to your ananda (bliss self).
