Live Meeting: Sunday, November 24 11:00 - 2:00 pm
Credit: 3 YACEP hours
Teacher: Matt Lerner, eRYT500
Course is open to anyone
Note: This is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®) class. It is therefore a universally recognized (through Yoga Alliance) continuing education program for certified yoga teachers who may count these hours for their required RYT Continuing Education Hours.
This training is open to curious non-teachers, but will not count for YACEP Credit.
This Training will focus on the basics of Meditation & Pranayama (breathwork) as well as move you through some of the classic Meditation and Pranayama Exercises.
Our goal is to provide you with a cohesive view of Meditation and Pranayama so that should you encounter any new exercise after this training, you will have an excellent sense of how to understand and contextualize it. Our goal is not only to give you a baseline understanding, but that you are able to apply this understanding to whatever you may encounter going forward.
As such, this training is ideal for yoga teachers who did not get much training in guiding Meditation or Pranayama or teachers that may not yet feel confident in contextualizing Meditation and Pranayama for your classes or teaching.
Note: This is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®) class. This training is open to curious non-teachers, but will not be able to count for YACEP Credit without an existing certification.
